The following guidelines are understood and adhered to by all our agency artists, to meet their obligations and responsibilities in respect of COVID-19 and to ensure the health and safety of themselves and all others attending shoots.
All Arlington Artists
Any artist with Covid-19 symptoms or who has had close contact with someone that has Covid-19 symptoms will alert agent and client and stay at home.
All artists to avoid the use of public transport in getting to work where possible.
All artists to understand the health etiquette around regularly washing hands for 20 seconds and coughing/sneezing into tissue (bin immediately) or crook of arm.
All artists to follow the 2 metre social distancing rule at all times where possible. Where it isn’t, enhanced PPE must be worn
All artists to bring Tier 2, enhanced PPE: Mask/respirator, visor, gloves and body covering.
All artists to follow the correct procedure for wearing and removing PPE:
1. wash hands thoroughly. 2. Put on mask, visor & body covering. 3. Put on gloves. 4. Remove in reverse order.
All artists to keep their own area and equipment exceptionally clean
All artists kits to be sterilised before arrival on set and regularly cleaned with bacterial wipes throughout the day.
Make-up, Hair & Nails
All artists to follow appropriate disinfecting processes: ie: Barbicide or equivalent.
All artists to use disposable equipment where possible, and avoid using fingers on model/talents face.
All models/talent to maintain touch-ups themselves where possible under guidance from Arlington Artists.
Styling
All artists to attempt pre-shoot fittings via video-call.
If pre-shoot fittings need to be done in person, artists will set up clothes before supervising from a safe distance.
All models/talent to dress themselves wherever possible under guidance from Arlington Artists.
